§ 30.038. APPEAL FROM DECISION OF PRESIDING OFFICER.

- (A) From any decision of the presiding officer, any member may appeal to the Common Council. The appeal shall be by motion duly made and seconded.(B) A majority vote as defined in I.C. 36-4-6-11 is necessary to overrule the chair.(1989 Code, § 30.38) (Ord. 6-1982, passed 11-8-1982)
