§ 34.02. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN.

The State of Indiana Public Employee Deferred Compensation Plan, copies of which are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, is adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
