§ 90.99. PENALTY.

Latest version.

Any person violating a provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of an offense and fined not less than $25 for the first offense, not less than $100 for a second offense, and not less than $200 for all subsequent offenses, but no fine shall exceed $2,500.
