§ 94.19. PREEXISTING CHANGED SIDEWALKS.

Any sidewalk that has been replaced by alternate materials prior to the passage of this subchapter may continue, but the sidewalk must be clearly designated and maintained as a sidewalk and must be maintained in original width by the owner of the property.
