§ 52.99. PENALTY.

  • (A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
    (B) Any person violating the terms of §§ 52.01 through 52.04, 52.15, 52.16 and 52.30 shall be guilty of a punishable violation and, upon conviction, may be fined not less than $10 nor more than $300.

    (C) Whoever violates any provision of § 52.05 for which no other penalty is otherwise specifically provided shall be fined not more than $1,000. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
    (D) Violations of § 52.31(D) are punishable by a fine of between $25 to $500 and a person who causes damage to a meter lid, meter or meter pit is responsible for all replacement and repair costs.
