§ 70.01. SQUEALING TIRES; DISTURBING THE PEACE.

- No person shall operate a motor vehicle in the city so as to disturb the peace and quiet of any neighborhood or family by loud or unusual noise. The starting of a motor vehicle from a standing or parked position in such a manner as to squeal or spin the tires shall constitute a violation of this section.(1989 Code, § 70.01) (Ord. 7-1969, passed 12-1-1969) Penalty, see § 70.99
