§ 72.03. INFLAMMABLE OR TOXIC CARGO.

No trucks or other vehicles which have or normally carry an inflammable or toxic cargo may park on city streets, alleyways or rights-of-way unless making a pick-up, delivery or performing a service, and then only as long as is reasonably necessary.
