§ 112.22. PERMIT FEE.

The permit fee shall be $50 for each year for carrying on the business of a junk store. All permits shall expire on December 31 of each year. The permit fee shall not be prorated for any partial year. A separate permit shall be required for each junk store location. No person shall be issued under the section without an inspection of the premises first being conducted by the Fire Chief, City of Clinton Building Inspectors and/or Code Enforcement Officers, or Chief of Police.
