§ 150.16. BUILDING PERMIT FEES.

Building and development permit fees shall be as follows:

Electric and plumbing
Signs	$75
New service	$50
Service upgrade	$25
Plumbing	$50 flat fee
Building permit commercial - state release	$75 for first $1,000 in cost; $1.50 for each additional $1,000
Stick frame dwelling	$150 base fee plus $.05 per square foot of living space
Modular	$100 flat fee
Garage, barn, additions or anything adding square feet	$50 for first $1,000 in costs; $1 per additional $1,000 in cost
Porch, pools, remodel, miscellaneous (roof) - two layers max	$25 for first $1,000 in costs; $1 per additional $1,000 in cost
Demo	$50 residential - 14 days from date of permit $75 commercial - 30 days from date of permit
Add 50% of permit fee is started before permit is obtained
