§ 52.03. DISTURBING CONNECTIONS WITH WATER SYSTEM.

No person, other than the Waterworks Superintendent of the city or a person designated by him or her, may connect any pipe or other device used for the conveyance of water to any pipe, meter, valve, tap-in or other equipment belonging to the water utility of the city.
