(A) The driver of any vehicle intending to turn at an intersection or private drive shall do so only as follows.
(1) When making a right turn, a driver shall make said turn approach only from the safest right-hand portion of the road, staying close to the right-hand curb or berm of the road.
(2) When making a left turn, a driver shall make said turn approach from the section of the right half of the roadway nearest to the centerline, and upon entering the road upon completion of the left-hand turn, the driver shall make certain that the vehicle remains to the right of the centerline.
(3) The driver of a vehicle shall obey markers or signs placed within or adjacent to intersections, and no driver shall make a turn other than as directed by said markers or signs.
(B) No driver of a vehicle shall turn the vehicle so as to make a U-turn near the crest of a grade where such vehicle cannot be seen by the driver of any other vehicle approaching from the other direction within 750 feet.
(C) All drivers, when turning from a two-way or a one-way road onto a one-way street, shall obey the general rules of right- and left-hand turns as indicated in division (A) above and on all roads divided by a centerline shall keep said vehicle to the right of the centerline immediately before and after negotiating the turn.
