§ 70.05. YIELD SIGNS.

The driver of a vehicle shall come to a full and complete stop at any yield sign if other traffic is present, and otherwise shall reduce speed, yielding the right-of-way to through traffic and observing all directions of traffic except when directed to proceed by a police officer or traffic-control device.
